Official Forum Announcement: New Rule Regarding Prohibited “Gassy Posting” Content

This announcement is to formally clarify and establish a new rule regarding content that has recently appeared on the forum.
Effective immediately, gassy posting is prohibited.
For the purposes of moderation, “gassy posting” includes posts, images, jokes, edits, references, or other content centered around so-called “gassy” depictions of characters or similar material. This includes, but is not limited to, content commonly referred to as Bowser gassy, Incredible gassy, and related variations or derivative posts.
This material is no longer permitted anywhere on the forum. Posts of this nature will be subject to removal, and users who continue to post or repost this content may be subject to further moderation action. Depending on the circumstances, this may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or additional penalties where appropriate.
This rule is being introduced in order to maintain a more appropriate, focused, and manageable environment for the community as a whole. Content of this type has become disruptive and is not consistent with the standards we expect on this forum. To avoid further confusion, staff will be enforcing this rule going forward.
Members are expected to review their posts and ensure that they comply with this updated standard. Attempts to evade the rule through edited wording, indirect references, reposts, or similar workarounds will still be treated as violations.
